Ryan Stackhouse was the Broker of Superior PLUS Realtors from 2021 until his unfortunate passing from cancer in 2024. Ryan was always quick with a joke and universally-known as one of the nicest people you would ever meet. He had a passion for real estate, but even more so for the recruiting, training, and development of newly-licensed real estate agents. Ryan had a unique ability to see something special in people and convince them to enter real estate, often times before even they had ever thought about it themselves. Many of these agents now have successful real estate careers, in no small part to the influence and motivation they received from Ryan. We can think of no better way to honor the legacy of Ryan than to award a full scholarship to an individual seeking to begin a new career in real estate!
The Superior Foundation will award one full payment (up to $1,500) for Ohio State Real Estate Courses to one applicant annually. Any Superior Credit Union member who meets the scholarship eligibility requirements is welcome to apply.
Applicant must be a member of Superior Credit Union and planning to complete their Ohio Real Estate Courses through Hondros College or Rhodes State College. Checks will be made payable to the appropriate school by the Superior Foundation, Inc., and mailed directly to the school on the student’s behalf.

With the recent reduction in interest rates, we inquired to see if we could qualify for a better mortgage rate with Superior. We applied online to inquire about refinancing and were contacted within a day by Alisha at Superior. She provided us with plenty of information, answered all our questions and was great to work with. We qualified for a better interest rate which ultimately led to a reduction on our minimum principal and interest payment. This gave us the ability to reduce the time to pay off our mortgage by making the same monthly payment as we were with our previous lender.
