The four homes most in need of a new backyard hangout will be displayed on our Facebook page for members to pick a winner. Superior Credit Union will pay up to $5,000 for renovations to the deck receiving the highest number of votes!

All decks/patios depicted in a submitted photo must be in a home that is owned and occupied by a Superior Credit Union, Inc. member. Superior Credit Union reserves the right to remove any photo from its Facebook page. All members submitting photos agree to allow Superior Credit Union all rights to use the photos submitted and any right to enter the residence to confirm the deck or patio exists. Superior Credit Union also has the right to enter the home and photograph the deck or patio after renovations are complete for use in marketing and promotional materials, including on social media. Superior Credit Union, Inc. employees or independent contractors and family members (or those of Superior Credit Union affiliates) are not eligible to win. Superior Credit Union, Inc. reserves the right to alter the terms of the promotion at any time, and may terminate or cancel the contest at its sole discretion.

With the recent reduction in interest rates, we inquired to see if we could qualify for a better mortgage rate with Superior. We applied online to inquire about refinancing and were contacted within a day by Alisha at Superior. She provided us with plenty of information, answered all our questions and was great to work with. We qualified for a better interest rate which ultimately led to a reduction on our minimum principal and interest payment. This gave us the ability to reduce the time to pay off our mortgage by making the same monthly payment as we were with our previous lender.
