CINCINNATI— Superior Credit Union will celebrate the grand opening and ribbon cutting of its brand new, full-service office in Western Hills, located at 4088 Lee Court, on Friday, December 3rd at 12 Noon. This branch marks a first in Superior’s newest model of buildings.
Representatives from the Green Township Western Economic Council will be in attendance to conduct the ceremony. Media is strongly encouraged to attend. Light refreshments will be served following the ribbon cutting.
“The Cincinnati community has been wonderful in embracing Superior since we arrived in November of 2016. We are thrilled to be welcomed into Green Township with this new branch,” said Phil Buell, President and CEO of Superior. “Our goal is to provide our members with great service at the most convenient locations and I think our Western Hills branch is an excellent example of that.”
The Western Hills location is managed by Julie Kallmeyer. Kallmeyer has over 25 years of experience in banking and consumer lending. She is excited about the new technology available to members at the new branch.
“Superior has a proven track record of providing quality financial products while maintaining the highest level of customer service,” said Kallmeyer. “I’m excited to utilize our interactive teller machines to serve our Western Hills members more efficiently while continuing to provide that excellent level of service for years to come.”
K4 Architecture, LLC of Cincinnati was the architecture firm and Hunt Builders Corporation of Cincinnati was the general contractor for the new building.
Since visiting Superior Credit Union both Laurie and I have become members and moved money into investments through Superior. With the recent reduction in interest rates, we inquired to see if we could qualify for a better mortgage rate with Superior. We applied online to inquire about refinancing and were contacted within a day by Alisha at Superior. She provided us with plenty of information, answered all our questions and was great to work with. We qualified for a better interest rate which ultimately led to a reduction on our minimum principal and interest payment. This gave us the ability to reduce the time to pay off our mortgage by making the same monthly payment as we were with our previous lender.
