Lima, OH – Tim Stanford with Superior Plus Realtors has been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR®) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR).
Tim Stanford joins more than 30,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR® designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience.
REBAC, founded in 1988, is the world's largest association of real estate professionals focusing specifically on representing the real estate buyer. THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS is the world's largest professional association, representing over 1,000,000 members involved in all aspects of the real estate industry.
Tim Stanford is a real estate executive with broad experience in all aspects of real estate brokerage. He serves as the Vice President of Real Estate Services and Principal Broker of Superior PLUS Realtors. Tim is a former President of the West Central Association of Realtors and has served on the Boards of the Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Lima Symphony Orchestra, the Lima Library Association, the Lima Central Catholic Educational Foundation, and the Lima Rotary Club Foundation. Tim is a graduate an Otterbein College and a member of Mensa.
Since visiting Superior Credit Union both Laurie and I have become members and moved money into investments through Superior. With the recent reduction in interest rates, we inquired to see if we could qualify for a better mortgage rate with Superior. We applied online to inquire about refinancing and were contacted within a day by Alisha at Superior. She provided us with plenty of information, answered all our questions and was great to work with. We qualified for a better interest rate which ultimately led to a reduction on our minimum principal and interest payment. This gave us the ability to reduce the time to pay off our mortgage by making the same monthly payment as we were with our previous lender.
