Setting Up Direct Deposit
Establishing direct deposit of your paycheck requires you to go through your employer, who will have the paperwork needed to set it up. In most cases, a simple form from your employer with our routing number and your account information is all it takes to get started!
The routing number is the first set of numbers on the bottom left of your check (SCU Routing Number is 241279616). The routing number is followed by your account number and the number of the check itself. Please contact your payroll department or any helpful SCU Member Service Representative for more details on how to get setup with Direct Deposit.
Payroll Deduction allows you to designate a portion of your direct deposit to make loan payments or establish a regular savings plan. This automated method allocates funds from your direct deposit to any of your SCU accounts that you designate (i.e. savings, checking, IRA, etc.). You can even allocate funds to automatically pay on SCU loans that you have with the credit union (i.e. car loan, VISA Credit Card, mortgage)!
